With insurance carriers undergoing so many changes, we are not able to accept your insurance if we are not included on your insurance’s provider list. If you have any questions concerning coverage with your insurance plan, please call our office manager for assistance. Many other Insurances will reimburse you for acupuncture. We will be happy to fill out your insurance forms and/or provide receipts so that your insurance company can reimburse you. Students and seniors will get a 25% discount with ID.
